ShuttersUp were in need of a brand that expressed the unique qualities that they bring to the shutter market.

Made for you
Working closely with co-owners Ross and Ashley, I quickly learnt that they put their customers at the heart of their business, a business that was built around people, not shutters.
This led to a clear proposition; Made for you. Feeding through to all communications, this core thought encapsulates the ShuttersUp human-led approach throughout their entire process – from purchase to installation and beyond.

Advertising
A personalised ad campaign adapted the ‘Made for you’ line to apply to individual customers


Website
The website communicates their friendly and approachable work ethic. It also includes a decision-making tool to guide potential customers through the process of choosing shutters for their home – making a complex process simple and easy.

Brochure
I worked with photographer Ryan Wicks to create a library of beautiful shutter images, to be used throughout the brochure, and the rest of the branding.




Installation
The ShuttersUp branding has also been applied to uniforms and vans.



Care pack
ShuttersUp go above and beyond for their customers, and part of that ethic will be to provide a care pack with tools and tips to care for your new shutters.
