A brand with impact
The new brand developed for Talent Lens needed to reflect its ethos of helping companies make every hire an impact hire. The ‘bursts’ are designed to reflect the uniqueness of different candidates with different talents, and how the right person will flourish in the right role.

Talent Lens offers a wide range of different tests, depending on the company’s requirements. But there are 4 core tests, which were colour coded across communications.
